30-Day Trial Program and Warranty

30-Day Trial Period

PeriOptix is committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. If at any time during the first 30 days you are not happy with your purchase we will provide a complete refund (less the original shipping and handling and a $20 fee per item).
This 30 day trial period is valid only for domestic PeriOptix customers.

Prior to returning or exchanging any products to us, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call us at 1-800-433-6628 or complete the form on our website to obtain an RA number.

Warranty

PeriOptix, Inc. warrants its products to be free of original defects in material and workmanship and to perform in accordance with specifications for the following terms:

Limited Lifetime Warranty:
All working parts of the loupe hinge mechanism and Solaris LED element.
All Loupes

Three Year Limited Warranty:
Hogies and Ultralight Titanium Frames

One Year Limited Warranty:
Adidas Adivista, Golf and T-Sight frames, Dolce frames, Hogies shields, LED lamp head, cables, chargers, battery packs, headband and nose pieces.

Six Month Limited Warranty:
Rimz and Mirage Frames

Limitations of Warranty:

  • Breakage or failure due to tampering, misuse, neglect, accidents, modification or shipping.
  • If the instrument is not used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations or instructions.
  • If repaired or serviced by other than PeriOptix.

PeriOptix offers complimentary replacement side shields, headstraps and flip paddles for the life of their loupes.

Prompt inspection and reporting of missing or damaged product should be reported to shipping carrier and Perioptix within 15 days of receipt.

If PeriOptix products or any component thereof is found to be defective or at variance with the manufacturers’ specifications during the warranty period, PeriOptix will repair or replace the instrument or component(s) at no cost to the purchaser. This warranty only applies to products purchased new from PeriOptix or its authorized distributors or representatives.

The purchaser must return the product directly to PeriOptix or an authorized distributor or representative and bear the costs of shipping.
